2. The Luxe RePrise Authenticity Guarantee

If an item purchased from our Site is definitively proven to be inauthentic by a verified, recognized brand authority, we will honor a full refund of the purchase price, including shipping costs. This guarantee is non-transferable and applies strictly to the original purchaser.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
Luxe RePrise is an independent entity and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of the designer brands sold on our Site. All brand names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
However, all original content generated by Luxe RePrise—including our bespoke photography, product descriptions, Site design, and proprietary curation processes—is the exclusive intellectual property of Luxe RePrise Inc. 4. Purchases, Pricing & Product Details

Due to the unique nature of these pieces, minor variations in color or perceived condition may occur across different digital displays. All items are sold strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.
