At Luxe RePrise, we stand behind the exceptional quality and authenticity of our curated collection. We want you to shop with absolute confidence. If a piece isn't the perfect match, we are pleased to offer a straightforward return process for eligible online purchases within 7 days of delivery.

Return Eligibility & Conditions

To ensure the integrity of our luxury inventory, all returns must strictly meet the following criteria:

  • Item Condition: The item must remain unworn, unaltered, and in the exact condition as shipped.
  • Security Tags: The Luxe RePrise security tag (and any brand-specific tags) must remain fully attached and untampered with. Removal of these tags immediately voids the return eligibility.
  • Accompaniments: All original inclusions—such as branded boxes, dust bags, authenticity cards, and accessories—must be returned alongside the item.
A Note on Color and Sizing: We go to great lengths to provide high-resolution imagery and precise measurements. However, slight color variations may occur depending on monitor displays. We encourage reviewing all item details thoroughly prior to checkout. Our client services team is always available to answer any questions before you complete your order.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Request a Return: Please contact our Client Services team or visit our Returns Portal within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization.
  2. Prepare Your Package: Securely pack the item along with all original accompaniments.
  3. Ship It Back: Once approved, we will provide you with an authorized return shipping label. Please ensure the package is shipped within the required timeframe.
Please note: We do not accept unauthorized returns or packages sent using personal courier labels. Luxe RePrise assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged returns shipped outside of our official process.

Refund Processing

Once your return arrives at our facility, our quality control specialists will inspect the item to confirm it meets our return conditions.

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment.
  • Please allow standard processing time (typically 5-10 business days) for your financial institution to post the funds to your account.
  • Shipping & Duties: Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable. For international returns, any customs duties or taxes paid during the initial purchase are non-refundable through Luxe RePrise and must be claimed directly via your local customs agency.

Fair Use Policy

To maintain our rigorous quality standards and protect the luxury experience for all clients, Luxe RePrise continuously monitors return activity. We reserve the right to decline returns, limit future purchases, or suspend accounts exhibiting excessive, irregular, or unreasonable return patterns.
