1. Premium Global Delivery

At Luxe RePrise, we believe the luxury experience extends to how your items are delivered. We are pleased to offer complimentary, fully insured express worldwide shipping on all orders through our premier logistics partner, DHL. Domestic shipping within Japan is also provided free of charge.

2. Processing & Delivery Timelines

Once your order is successfully placed and authenticated, it will be meticulously packaged and dispatched.

  • Estimated Delivery: Typically 5-7 business days for most international destinations.
  • Tracking: Upon dispatch, you will receive a confirmation email containing your DHL tracking number, allowing you to monitor your package's journey in real-time.
Please note: While we strive for expedited service, occasional delays may occur due to severe weather, remote locations, or customs clearance procedures beyond our control.

3. Secure Receipt & Signature Required

To ensure the absolute security of your luxury investment, all Luxe RePrise shipments require a direct signature upon delivery. We do not permit packages to be left unattended. If you authorize a delivery release without a signature through the carrier, Luxe RePrise relinquishes all liability for any subsequent loss, theft, or damage.

4. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

All international orders are shipped on a Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis. This means that the product prices displayed at checkout are exclusive of any international duties and taxes.

As the Importer of Record, you are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees levied by your local government upon arrival. These charges are determined by your destination country's customs authority (for instance, the US permits duty-free entry for goods valued under $800). Refusal to pay these fees will result in the package being returned, and any associated return shipping or penalty fees will be deducted from your final refund.

5. Payment Methods & Currency

For a seamless checkout experience, we accept a variety of secure global payment methods, including Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, and all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB).

Tax Exemption: As a registered entity in Japan, international orders shipped outside of Japan are legally exempt from the Japanese Consumption Tax. This exemption is automatically reflected in our pricing for global clients.

6. Address Accuracy & Non-Delivery

We strictly ship to the exact address provided during checkout. Please verify your shipping details meticulously before finalizing your order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or failure to collect from a carrier facility, the client will be responsible for the original shipping costs and any fees incurred for the return or reshipment.
